What we actually do
HS Packaging is the export brand of Guangzhou Huaisheng Packaging Inc., Ltd, a paper packaging and printing factory founded in 2000. We customise gift packaging boxes, product display boxes and gift bags for medium and high-end brand owners on an OEM and ODM basis.
The work divides into two halves. The structure decides whether the product survives the journey: board thickness, closure type, insert cavity, outer carton. The finish decides whether it sells: printing, lamination, foil stamping, embossing. Most packaging problems that reach us are structural problems wearing a finishing brief.
A pre-production sample before every run
We make a pre-production sample and photograph it for your written confirmation before mass production starts. Nothing goes on press without that.
Inserts tooled from your sample
Send the bottle, the praline or the device. Cavities are cut from the real item, which is the difference between a box that protects and a box that rattles.
MOQ from 500 pcs
1000 pcs is our standard minimum, and 500 pcs per size and colour when an order spans several variants.
Inspection welcome before the balance
You can send your own agent or an inspection company to check the boxes at our factory before you pay the balance.

Design
Our designers work with your artwork or build the dieline and artwork from scratch, with Pantone references confirmed in writing.
Sample
A pre-production sample is made in 5 to 7 days after payment and artwork confirmation, then photographed for approval.
Production
Mass production takes 20 to 25 days after payment, running on Germany 4 and 6 colour presses, laminating and gluing lines and automatic shaping machines.
Logistics
Boxes are packed in 5-ply K=A cartons with angle beads for rigid formats, then shipped from the Port of Huangpu 30 minutes from the factory.
Optimise
After the first run we review material, structure and cargo efficiency with you to bring the landed cost down on the repeat order.
