Printing and Surface Finishing
Finishing is where a box stops looking like a container. It is also where costs escalate quietly, one process at a time.
Offset printing
Germany 4 and 6 colour presses run the printed sheets, with Pantone references matched and confirmed on the pre-production sample.
Lamination
Matt lamination for surfaces that will be handled, gloss where colour saturation matters most.
Hot foil, embossing and debossing
Foil and relief work applied to the flat sheet before shaping, which keeps registration tight on a rigid box.
Artwork requirements
Supply AI, PDF, CDR or PSD in editable vector form. At 500% magnification the logo and text must stay as sharp as at 100%, or the printed result will not hold detail.
What we need from you
- Product dimensions and filled weight
- Physical samples of anything that sits in an insert
- Artwork as editable vector AI, PDF, CDR or PSD, with 300 pixel JPG for photographs
- Quantity, including the split across sizes and colours
- Whether the pack ships alone or inside an outer carton
