Custom Gift Boxes
Rigid gift boxes are where most of our tooling work happens: magnetic closures, book-shaped lids, fitted trays and inserts cut around the item that has to travel inside them. This category covers the boxes that are bought as a gift rather than as a container.
The decisions that matter here are structural. Board thickness follows the filled weight, magnet count follows the lid area, and the insert follows the real product sample rather than a drawing. Get those three right and the finishing options behave; get them wrong and no amount of foil rescues the pack.
Every item in this category is made to order. Any size, shape and logo can be customised, and the MOQ is 1000 pcs or 500 pcs for each size and colour where an order covers several variants.
