Structural Design and Prototyping
Most packaging failures are structural, and almost all of them are visible on a physical sample. This is the part of the process where they get caught.
Dieline development
Structures are drawn to your product dimensions and filled weight, with board grade, closure and creasing specified together rather than chosen afterwards.
Insert tooling from real samples
Send the bottle, praline, device or arrangement. Cavities are cut from the item itself, in paper, EVA, PVC or vacuum-formed plastic.
Pre-production samples
A sample is made in 5 to 7 days after payment and artwork confirmation, then photographed for your written approval before mass production.
Packaging testing
Drop and crush behaviour is checked with your actual filled weight, so the specification is proven rather than assumed.
What we need from you
- Product dimensions and filled weight
- Physical samples of anything that sits in an insert
- Artwork as editable vector AI, PDF, CDR or PSD, with 300 pixel JPG for photographs
- Quantity, including the split across sizes and colours
- Whether the pack ships alone or inside an outer carton
