For custom gift boxes, how many types can I choose?
Based on the box function and usage we can suggest many commonly used types: paper box with lid, sliding paper box, magnetic paper box, foldable paper box, hexagon paper box and tube paper box among others.
How can I order a sample for my gift packaging?
Provide your box details and your artwork. Once you accept our price, confirm the sample order link on Alibaba and complete the payment, and we will proceed.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We strongly suggest paying through an Alibaba Trade Assurance link, which secures the trade until you receive the cargo and supports bank wire, credit card and e-checking. If none of those are available we can also support MoneyGram, Western Union and PayPal.
What file format should I provide for custom printing boxes?
Please provide AI, PDF, CDR or PSD, with 300 pixel JPG for photographic images. Only original editable vector artwork is workable: when expanded to 500% the pattern, logo and text must stay as clear as at 100%, otherwise the printing will not hold detail.
How can you make sure mass production matches the sample?
We make a pre-production sample and send photos for your confirmation before mass production. You can also hire a professional inspection company or agent to come to our factory and inspect the boxes before you pay the balance.
What is the delivery time for sample and mass production?
Usually the sample takes 5 to 7 days after payment and design confirmation, and mass production takes 20 to 25 days after payment.
What outer packaging do you use for shipping?
Normally 5-ply K=A cardboard cartons. We add angle beads for rigid cardboard boxes in bulk cargo, and can use pallets, OPP bags or bubble bags for special requirements.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a 100% factory with our own sales team and workers. We customise paper gift boxes for clients and any logo or request can be met in our own factory.
What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 1000 pcs. If an order covers many sizes and colours, the MOQ is 500 pcs for each size and colour.
What factors affect the price of custom paper boxes?
Material, since the cost of paper, cardboard, ink and glue varies widely; printing, since different processes and colour counts change the price; quantity, since larger runs lower the unit price and orders under the minimum may be declined; surface treatment, since every finishing process adds cost; and box structure, since shape and construction determine the technical process.

Where is the factory and which port do you ship from?
We are in Xintang Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, close to the Port of Huangpu for ocean shipping.
