A paper gift box is a laminated sandwich: printed art paper on the outside, grey board for rigidity, and a lining or tray inside. Each layer is specified separately, which is why two boxes of the same size can behave completely differently in transit.
We tool the insert from your product samples and set closure strength against the filled weight, then confirm both on a pre-production sample before the run.
