FSC certified stock
The factory holds FSC certification alongside BSCI, ISO9001 and ISO14001. Confirm at quotation stage if your order must run on certified stock with chain of custody documentation.
Single material construction
Paper trays in place of EVA keep a gift box in the paper recycling stream; corrugated mailers are already a single material.
Material reduction
Our structural engineers minimise material usage to cut both waste and cost, which is usually the same change made twice.
Cargo optimisation
Flat-packed folding constructions and optimised cargo layouts reduce the container volume, and the emissions, per thousand boxes shipped.
What we need from you
- Product dimensions and filled weight
- Physical samples of anything that sits in an insert
- Artwork as editable vector AI, PDF, CDR or PSD, with 300 pixel JPG for photographs
- Quantity, including the split across sizes and colours
- Whether the pack ships alone or inside an outer carton
