BL-9041 silicone elastomer blend is a mixture of dimethicone/vinyldimethicone crosspolymer and low viscosity dimethicone instead of cyclomethicone. It can be used in formulations of skin care, sun care, color cosmetics, hair care, perfume and antisudorific to provide long-lasting smooth, silky, non-greasy skin feel.

- The common usage level of BL-9041 is 1-30% in skin care formulations, 0.5-5.0% in hair care products. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to determine the optimum quantity for particular application.
