What BL-202 Is
BL-202 is a methyl hydrogen silicone oil in which some methyl radicals of dimethyl silicone oil are replaced by hydrogen. With several reactive Si-H bonds, BL-202 is mainly used as hydrophobing agent for silicas, powders and fillers. Methyl hydrogen silicone oil is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic and transparent liquid, also known as methyl hydrogen silicone fluid, Polymethylhydrogensiloxane or Methylhydrogenpolysiloxane. - Application * used for hydrophobic and moisture-proof treatment of dry powder extinguishing agent, electrical grade magnesia powder, calcium carbonate and other dry powder materials. * used as waterproof agents for the treatment of various fillers, ceramics, concretes, marbles, glasses, metals, leather and paper. * used as an important intermediate for the preparation of silicone fluids, polyurethane foam stabilizer, paint water-flowing agent. It is also used for diluting silicone rubber inks. * used as anti-yellowing agents for high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and cross-linking agents for addition cure silicone rubber products. * used for soft finishing of fabrics and textiles, such as linen, silk, polyester and nylon. It is also used as a basic material for fabrics finishing agent preparation. Package 200L PVF steel drums and 1000L IBC totes. Storage 1. Required sealed and airproof packing. 2. The product should be stored in a shady cool, ventilated warehouse (the temperature of warehouse should not exceed 30°C). 3. Keep away from fire, heat source, direct sunlight and rain. 4. Avoid from oxidant, acid, alkali chemical materials and other impurities. 5. Transportation: As non-dangerous chemicals.
