Corrugated Down Jacket Box
Bulky outerwear compresses in transit and the box has to close cleanly without splitting at the flap. This 40x32x8cm carton is dyed paper inside and outside over a corrugated core, so the opened box looks finished rather than raw. The flap carries one tear-off strip and two adhesive tapes, which lets a customer open it once and reseal it for a return.

How does the returns closure work?
The flap carries one easy tear-off strip for the first opening and two adhesive tapes. The second tape reseals the same box, so a customer sending an item back needs nothing extra.
Can the box be sized for a different garment?
Yes. 40x32x8cm is the format shown for a down jacket. Give us the folded dimensions of your garment and we will cut the dieline and sample it before production.
What finishing can go on the outside?
Foil stamping, embossing, silk screen printing and UV spot are available. The version shown uses a red foil stamped logo outside with UV spot applied on the inner face.
