Corrugated Single Bottle Wine Box
A wine bottle shipped loose in a carton arrives chipped or broken. This box is built at 33x15x11cm around one bottle, with black EVA foam inside holding the glass away from the walls. The corrugated body is light and assembles flat-to-form quickly, and the logo is finished in black foil stamp against the printed surface.

Questions About This Product
Can the box be made for a different bottle shape?
Yes. The 33x15x11cm size shown suits a standard single bottle, and both the outer size and the EVA foam insert can be cut to a different bottle profile on request.
Which flute should we choose?
We can supply A, B, C, E or F flute. Heavier flutes give more crush resistance for long shipping legs; finer flutes hold print detail better. Tell us the route and we will advise.
What surface finishes are possible?
Foil stamping, embossing and UV spot are all available. This box uses a black foil stamp on the logo, and the same areas can be finished differently on your own artwork.
