These cups are made from white cardboard with PE coating on both the inside and the outside face, so the printed surface stays intact while the cup is held. Why coat the outside as well as the inside?
A cold dessert cup collects condensation on the outer wall. Coating both faces keeps the printed surface from softening or marking while the customer holds it through a whole serving.
What is the normal order quantity?
Normally 50,000pcs. Ice cream cups are consumed quickly in a busy season, so that quantity usually matches the usage of a parlour or a small chain over a trading period.
Can we have our own design printed?
Yes, the cups are supplied with your own logo printing. Send artwork at enquiry stage and we will confirm how the design sits on the printable area of the cup before production.
