Printing, cutting, die cutting, finishing and assembly run at Xiamen LJY Printing Industrial Co., Ltd., our co-owned factory in Xiamen, on three sets of Heidelberg presses with inspection during every production step.

How does honeycomb protect a bottle?
The honeycomb structure gives high pressure resistance and strong load bearing capacity, absorbing force around the bottle instead of transferring it straight through to the glass.
Is the paper certified?
It is made from 100% FSC-certified recycled paper. Our own FSC licence is FSC-C203497 under certificate SGSHK-COC-332074, valid to 17 May 2029, for customers who report on paper sourcing.
Can the packaging be branded?
Yes, logo customisation is available and sizes are made to order, so the protective insert can be built around your bottle shape while still carrying your branding where the customer sees it.
