Where a vehicle needs to be seen rather than just marked, flash and sequence behaviour is built into the standard lamp bodies through the LED driver instead of adding separate beacons.
Whether the lamp is a road signal, a site warning or both decides the driver specification.
Low-high, flashing and flowing behaviours are available; PCB and driver changes are quoted for specific patterns.
A sample is built and tested before the pattern is locked.
Output and colour are measured with an integrating sphere and light distribution curve tester.
Built on the same welded IP67 bodies as the standard range.
All modes are exercised during aging and at final inspection.
