340 mm combination lamp with bolt-on iron mesh guard
The same 340*155*50 mm four-function rear lamp, supplied with an iron net guard over the lens. It is the version for tippers, logging trailers and site vehicles where loose stone and loading damage, not water, is what kills rear lamps.

Hardware production, laser marking, heat diffuser assembly, light source welding and thermal grease application run on our own semi-automatic lines. Lens installation, shell assembly, ring fixing and spring insertion follow in product assembly.
Guard and lamp are assembled and inspected together, and finished units go through the same 100% pre-shipment inspection as the rest of the range.
Mechanically identical to the 36LED lamp of the same size; the difference is the mesh guard and the 40-diode board.
Fit the lamp on the studs first, then check the guard sits clear of the lens face

The guard is an open iron net over the lens; the lamp keeps its engineered lens optics behind it.
The 36LED version in the same 340*155*50 mm body is the unguarded option.
