320 mm plastic-bodied four-function rear lamp
A 320*137*37 mm combination lamp with 44 diodes, aimed at mid-size trucks and trailers where the 450 mm steel lamp is simply too wide for the panel. The plastic housing keeps unit weight and cost down on high-volume builds while keeping the same welded IP67 seal.

Hardware production, laser marking, heat diffuser assembly, light source welding and thermal grease application run on our own semi-automatic lines. Lens installation, shell assembly, ring fixing and spring insertion follow in product assembly.
Each production run passes through in-process, first-article and random inspection, and the finished lamps are 100% tested before packing.
It is the mid-size step between the 450 mm 72LED steel lamp and the 340 mm 36LED lamp — same functions and sealing, smaller body, plastic rather than steel.
