WEIKANG lamps list 12V, 24V and 10~30V. The first two are fixed-voltage builds. The third is a multi-voltage driver that regulates anything inside the 10 to 30 volt window, which covers a 12V light vehicle system, a 24V truck system and the sag and surge either can see in service.
If you sell one trailer model into markets that use both 12V and 24V tractors, a 10~30V lamp collapses two part numbers into one. It also removes the risk of a 12V lamp being fitted to a 24V vehicle in the field, which is a common warranty cause.
A single-voltage fleet buying in volume has no reason to pay for the wider driver. WEIKANG lists 24V by special order for exactly this case.
A lamp rated for the voltage can still fail if the string draws more than the circuit allows. Count the lamps on the branch and check the total, particularly on long trailers running dozens of 3 LED markers.
