Product Overview
A 200kg-rated electric roll lifter with 360° rotation and mechanical steering, designed for industrial handling of large rolls in tight spaces. For a buyer, it eliminates manual lifting and repositioning of heavy rolls in factories, warehouses and production lines. The unit operates at a walking speed with electromagnetic braking, features a customizable clamping height and gripper range, and is built for consistent performance in high-traffic environments. We source this from a factory we work with, confirm all dimensions and functions before mass production, and inspect every order before shipment.
Why Buyers Choose It
Key Benefits
- 360° rotation allows repositioning without moving the entire unit, saving floor space
- Electric clamping reduces physical strain and risk of injury during roll handling
- Mechanical steering provides predictable control in narrow aisles and tight turns
- Lifting speed of 100mm/s under full load ensures efficient workflow
- Customizable clamping height and gripper diameter range (250-750mm) fit multiple roll sizes
- Electromagnetic brake stops the unit instantly, improving safety during operation
Problems It Solves
- Manual lifting of heavy rolls causes workplace injuries and slows production
- Lack of rotation forces repositioning the entire unit, which wastes space and time
- Inadequate clamping systems fail to hold rolls securely during movement
- Poor braking systems increase risk of accidents when stopping under load
- Fixed gantry height limits use to only one roll size, reducing flexibility
- Steering that requires high effort leads to operator fatigue and reduced precision
Where It Is Used
Who It Is For
- Industrial equipment importers sourcing lifting tools for manufacturing clients
- Factory managers replacing manual roll handling with automated lifting solutions
- Logistics and warehouse operators needing compact, mobile lifters for roll storage
- E-commerce sellers offering industrial handling equipment with custom branding

Quality And Use
Quality Control
- Product details and a signed sample confirmed before mass production begins
- Production followed through frame assembly, wheel mounting, electrical integration and function testing
- Each order inspected before shipment for mechanical integrity, electrical function and safety
- Lifting, traveling, turning and braking performance verified under both full and no-load conditions
- Issues after receipt are handled directly with the sourcing contact who managed the order
Use Guide
- Ensure the battery is charged before first use; connect to a 48V charger
- Place the unit near the roll and align the grippers with the roll center
- Engage the electric clamping system and confirm the roll is held securely
- Use mechanical steering to move the unit forward or backward at walking speed
- Rotate the unit left or right 360° as needed to position the roll
- Apply the electromagnetic brake when stopping under load to prevent slippage
- Do not exceed 200kg load; avoid steep gradients beyond the rated 5% when loaded
- Store in a dry area and disconnect the battery if not used for extended periods
How It Compares
| Compared with | Honest trade-off |
|---|---|
| Manual roll handling | Higher risk of injury and slower workflow, but no equipment cost |
| Fixed-position hoist | Limited mobility and requires overhead structure, but handles heavier loads |
| Standard forklift | Higher cost and larger footprint, but better load capacity and lifting height |
| Non-rotating lifter | Requires more space to reposition, but simpler control and lower cost |
Questions About This Product
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ differs by product and usually falls between 200 and 1000 pcs. We confirm the exact figure with the factory when we quote.
Can we print our logo on the housing?
Yes. Silkscreen and heat transfer both work on this unit; offset printing, laser, engraving and stamping press are available depending on the artwork.
Can we get a sample first?
Samples are free when the total sample value is under 5 US dollars and you have a DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx account and cover the courier freight.
How does payment work?
30% deposit before mass production and the balance before shipment. T/T is our usual method; ask us if you need another arrangement.
Is the unit battery-powered?
