We offer both OEM and ODM. If you are facing a strict time-to-market and want to reduce cost, starting from a product already in our range and modifying it will get you there faster than tooling something new. If the design is yours and fixed, we source against it. The right answer usually depends on how much of the product is genuinely differentiating.
How It Runs
Decide what actually has to be new
Often only the housing, the colour, the packaging and the logo need to change. The mechanism inside does not.
Choose OEM or ODM on that basis
ODM: modify a pre-engineered, time-tested product with minimal changes. OEM: source and produce to your own design and specification.
Fix the specification
Material, dimensions, finish, decoration, packaging and labelling written down before anyone quotes.
Sample and approve
The customised item is sampled and approved before mass production begins.
Produce and inspect
The run is followed through production and each order is inspected before shipment.

Which is faster?
ODM. If you are facing strict time-to-market and want to reduce costs, you can use pre-engineered and time-tested products with minimal modifications.
Can we change only the packaging and logo?
Yes. That is the most common form of customisation and the cheapest way to reach an own-brand product.
What is the minimum quantity for a customised item?
It varies by product and usually runs 200 to 1000 pcs, confirmed with the factory when we quote.
