A specification written in email is interpreted. A physical sample is not. The sample round is where colour, weight, finish, sizing and logo placement stop being opinions. Once you approve a sample, that object becomes the reference the bulk run is confirmed against.
How It Runs
Quote the sample with the order
You know the sample cost and the bulk price at the same time, so the decision is not made blind.
Send the sample
Samples are free when the total sample value is under 5 US dollars and you have a DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx account and pay the courier freight.
Mark it up
Colour, logo position, sizing, packaging and anything that feels wrong in the hand. Second rounds are normal and cheaper than a bad container.
Approve in writing against the object
The approved sample is what production is checked against, not the original email thread.
Keep it for the reorder
The same reference is used when the item is run again, which is how a reorder stays the same product.

Yes when the total sample value is under 5 US dollars and you have a DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx account and agree to pay the courier freight.
Can we get more than one round?
Yes. A second round after markup is normal, and it is far cheaper than correcting a full production run.
Does the sample bind the bulk order?
Yes. Every detail of the product is confirmed against the approved sample before mass production starts.

Yes, using the decoration method chosen for the substrate, so you approve the finished appearance rather than imagining it.
