Can we start small and scale?
MOQ varies by product and usually runs 200 to 1000 pcs. We confirm the exact figure per item when we quote.
Can we get a sample to photograph before we list?
Yes. Samples are free when the total value is under 5 US dollars and you have a courier account with DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx.
How do we pay?
30% deposit before mass production and the balance before shipment. T/T is our usual method.
What happens if a batch has a problem?
Each order is inspected before shipment. If you find an issue after receiving the goods, contact us and we handle it with the factory.
