The tank body is made of 5-6 mm-thick aluminum alloy or carbon steel, with corrosion resistance enhanced by more than 30%. In terms of welding techniques, fully automatic argon arc welding and X-ray flaw detection ensure that the weld strength reaches over 95% of the base material, effectively avoiding the risk of leakage.
Build and Finish
This vehicle is standard-equipped with ABS anti-lock braking system, dual-circuit pneumatic braking, and emergency shut-off valve. The tank is equipped with multiple anti-wave plates inside, reducing the impact force of the liquid by 60%. Combined with the dual sealing design of the top breather valve and the bottom discharge valve, the transportation safety has reached an international leading level.

It supports flexible combinations of tank volume (30,000-90,000 liters), number of shafts (3/4 shafts), number of compartments (1-9 compartments), and materials (carbon steel/stainless steel/aluminum alloy). What is a double D tank?
A tank cross-section that is wider than it is tall, so the same volume sits lower on the chassis. It improves stability against a conventional round tank of equal capacity.
3 or 4 axles?
Three axles carries the 50-ton rating in most markets. A fourth axle is available where axle load limits are tighter.
Aluminium or Q345B?
