The three-axis spacing adopts an optimized layout of 6,000mm+1,310mm+1,310mm, combined with the design where the outriggers are located 2,500mm behind the traction pins. This not only ensures a balanced weight distribution during driving but also enhances the convenience of loading and unloading operations. The total capacity of the tank reaches 40,000 liters, and an additional 5% steam space is reserved to cope with temperature changes.

Technical Construction
The main body is made of high-strength Q345 steel, with an end plate thickness of 6mm, a shell thickness of 5mm, and a wave-proof plate thickness of 4mm. The structural strength is ensured through precise welding processes. It is simultaneously equipped with JOST 2-inch bolt-type traction pins, 10 standard mechanical suspensions of 13mm×90mm, and 3 square axles of 150×150mm for 13-ton class, with an effective total load capacity (G.V.W.R.) of 48,000kg, of which the self-weight is approximately 8,000kg and the net load is 40,000kg. Achieve a balance between lightweight and high load capacity.
Build and Finish
The tank of this vehicle has passed the 5psi (35Kpa) water pressure test. Its surface has been treated with SA2.5 grade shot blasting and coated with polyurethane topcoat, with a total dry film thickness of no less than 80μm, and it has excellent anti-corrosion performance. The braking system adopts dual-pipeline pneumatic braking, equipped with T30/30 spring brake chambers, WABCO emergency relay valves, and 50L dual air tanks, ensuring rapid and reliable braking response. The unloading system integrates a 3-inch ball valve, a 6-meter-long rubber hose, and a 4-inch pneumatic bottom valve, which is easy to operate and has strong sealing performance. The safety configuration includes a 500mm diameter carbon steel safety manhole with a breathing valve, two 8kg dry powder fire extinguishers, anti-slip walkways, and steel mudguards, comprehensively reducing transportation risks.
