Manufacturing Process And Quality Control
Incoming inspection
Raw materials are tested for physical and chemical performance and supplier quality is recorded before anything reaches the line.
SMT and wave soldering
Control boards are populated on our SMT line and through-hole parts are wave soldered in house.
PCBA testing
100 percent PCBA testing before the board goes into an assembly.
Assembly
Assembly on dust-free automatic lines with a QC station at every process step.
Aging test
100 percent aging testing on finished assemblies before packing.
Packing and warehouse QA
Automatic packing, then a warehouse inspection of the packed goods before delivery.
Quality Control
- IQC - Incoming Quality Control: Tests the physical and chemical performance of every raw material and records supplier quality. Materials that meet the standard go to the warehouse; those that do not are rejected.
- IPQC - In-Process Quality Control: QC stations are set up at every process step on the line so that a defect is caught at the station that created it rather than at final assembly.
- FQC - Final Quality Control: Finished goods are inspected to the AQL standard, or 100% inspected when the programme calls for it.
- QA - Quality Assurance: Wear, tear and misuse testing, plus a warehouse inspection of the packed goods before delivery.

How It Is Used
Wire
Wire to the system according to the control mode selected for your installation.
Fit batteries
Fit two AAA batteries. Settings are retained through a battery change.
Select mode
Select the control mode for the system - fan coil, thermostat, proportional plus integral, electric or water heating.
Set
Set the target temperature. The backlit LCD stays readable at an angle.
