Mountain and Wolves Landscape Installation
The project owner commissioned a large-scale landscape installation for an outdoor landscape setting, aiming to integrate sculptural elements that reflect natural terrain and wildlife. The design required a custom metal artwork with complex forms not available in standard catalogues.
Project Challenge
The sculpture had to be fabricated in two distinct components—mountain bodies and wolves—each with organic, irregular shapes that could not be produced using standard templates. The scale and weight of the pieces made on-site assembly necessary, requiring precise sectioning and transport planning.

Our Solution
The workshop built a full-scale model first to verify proportions and form. Technicians then calculated the forming data for each steel plate to ensure accurate curvature and height. The mountain bodies and wolves were forged and welded from 304 stainless steel, then mirror polished and protected before shipment.

Supply Chain
The 304 stainless steel was sourced and processed in-house. The sculpture was sectioned into manageable parts for transport, with each component crated separately to prevent damage. The pieces were shipped to the site in a sequence that matched the on-site assembly plan.
Quality Control
Shape was verified against the approved model at each stage. Welds were inspected for consistency and dressed to match the surrounding surface. The polished finish was checked under direct light for scratches or inconsistencies. All surfaces were protected with film before packing.
Final Result
Two mountain bodies and the wolves were completed after more than half a year of production and installed on site as a landscape feature.
