Designer Horse Sculpture in Stainless Steel
A designer commissioned a custom horse sculpture for a public landscape installation. The piece was intended to serve as a focal point in an urban plaza, requiring a durable, visually striking metal artwork that matched the designer's original concept.
Project Challenge
The sculpture had to be fabricated from a unique design with complex curves and dynamic posture. The form could not be produced using standard templates or off-the-shelf components. The scale and weight made full assembly and transport impractical as a single unit.

Our Solution
The workshop used the designer's drawing to calculate forming data for each steel plate. Hand forging and plate forming were applied to shape the panels. The body was assembled through welding, followed by grinding and mirror polishing to achieve a seamless finish. Sections were marked for accurate reassembly on site.

Supply Chain
304 stainless steel plates were sourced and prepared in-house. The sculpture was sectioned into transportable parts based on structural and logistical needs. Each section was crated with internal padding and labeled for on-site reassembly.
Quality Control
Each plate was checked against the forming data before shaping. Weld joints were inspected for alignment and smoothness. The surface was examined under direct light for imperfections after polishing. Final assembly was verified against the approved model before packing.
Final Result
A full-scale stainless steel horse sculpture was produced and shipped in sections. The piece was assembled on site according to the marking system and installed as the central feature of the plaza.
