Cast Brass Celebrity Statue
A public art commissioner tasked with installing a portrait sculpture in a cultural plaza. The piece needed to reflect a recognizable public figure with detailed facial features and a lifelike presence.
Project Challenge
The statue required a full-body cast in brass with fine surface detail, including facial features and hair texture, that could not be achieved through forging or plate forming. The casting had to preserve the original model's integrity without distortion.

Our Solution
The workshop used a full-scale model to create a sand mold for investment casting. The brass was poured under controlled conditions to ensure complete filling of fine details. After cooling, the casting was cleaned and the surface was ground and polished to reveal the original model's features.

Supply Chain
