From Material Intake To Loaded Container

Eight steps. The two that most often decide a delivery date are decoration set up and inspection against the approved sample.

What The Factory Can And Cannot Do

  • Injection moulding in PP, PS, AS and melamine compound across 76 product categories
  • Heat transfer decal printing in CMYK with two white bases and glue, plate set up 10 to 15 days
  • Silk printing charged colour by colour; one to two colour logos are the normal case
  • Assembly of gaskets, clips, handles, steel tube frames and castors where the item requires it
  • Packing to OPP bag or shrink wrap and a 5-layer corrugated master carton as standard
  • We do not take on big size or full colour silk printing, because the result does not hold up
Honest Limits

Things We Will Tell You Before You Ask

  • Compartment layouts, cube shapes and body geometry are set by the mould. Changing them is tooling, not specification.
  • Melamine is never microwave safe and we state that on every melamine item page.
  • We do not publish certifications we have not issued. Name the standard your market needs and we will arrange third party testing for that order.
  • Stainless steel, ceramic and hygiene items are sourced, not moulded here.
  • Decal set up cost is not refundable once you approve the paper proof.

Questions About Production

Can I visit the factory?

Yes. Tell us your travel dates and which product groups you want to see, and we will arrange the visit and have samples ready at the Shantou showroom as well.

Do you hold the tools on site?

Yes, moulds are stored at the factory between production runs, which is why a repeat order does not carry a new set up cost for the tool itself.

Do you produce everything in the catalogue yourself?

The plastic ranges are our own injection moulding. The stainless steel, ceramic and epidemic prevention lines are sourced and consolidated into your order, and we state that openly on those category pages rather than implying we mould them.

How long is production?

30 to 40 days after all details are confirmed, for one 20GP. Decal plate set up adds 10 to 15 days and runs in parallel where possible.

What are your payment terms?

All set up costs and sample fees are 100% T/T in advance. For orders under US$50,000 we work on 30% deposit with the balance before shipment if you nominate the forwarder, or 30% deposit with the balance after shipment against a Marine Bill of Lading when the forwarder is ours.
