Middle East Distributor: NS Range Restock
A parts distributor supplying workshops across the Gulf
Challenge
Their previous supplier quoted by part name only. Around 8% of received stock did not fit — mostly wheel brows and brackets where left / right and year splits were confused.
Our solution
We rebuilt their 340-line purchase list against OEM numbers, flagged 27 wrong lines before ordering, and shipped a 40 ft mixed container across the Qashqai, Sunny, Sentra and X-Trail series.
Result
Zero wrong-fit claims on the first container; re-orders moved to a quarterly schedule.
