How it works

In practice

Send the OEM number with a sample or drawings. Volume is assessed, the tool is cut, and the SKU joins the catalog. Recent seasons added the Qashqai J12 2022, Qashqai 2025 and Yaris Cross 2023 ranges exactly this way.

Who uses new moulds most?
Fleet & Taxi Operators — fleets running high-mileage ns and ty models that need scheduled crash-part replacement. It is also standard practice for any buyer running more than one vehicle series in the same order.
Does it cost extra?
No. Line-matching, container planning and neutral packaging are part of the quotation. Private-label printing and new mould development are quoted separately against volume.
How long does it take to set up?
Line-matching happens inside the quotation, usually the same working day. Private label adds an artwork proof cycle; a new mould runs to the catalog edition schedule, two per year.
