How is the truck shipped?

By Ro-ro or bulk ship from a China main port. Trade terms can be EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF.

What warranty and after sales support do you provide?

The whole vehicle is guaranteed for one year and core parts on some products for two years. Our overseas engineers make regular return visits and provide technical training and manuals before delivery.

Can the crane be controlled remotely?

Yes. Radio remote control is available as an optional fitment. It can be added at the factory before shipment.
