How is the truck shipped?

By Ro-ro or bulk ship from a China main port. Trade terms are EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF based on buyer's preference.

What warranty and after sales support do you provide?

The whole vehicle is guaranteed for one year and core parts for two years. We provide 19 years of spare parts and technical support, including overseas engineer visits and training.

Can the remote control system be added later?

No. The wireless remote control system must be specified at order stage. It is not available as a retrofit after delivery.
