How Orders Move from Request to Delivery
The process is three steps: communication, production, and shipping. The buyer sends the requirement by email. The factory responds with a solution and quote within one day. An e-proof is created and sent for approval. Once approved, the order is confirmed.
What Happens After Payment
Production begins immediately after payment is received. The factory sends photographs of the finished goods for final confirmation before shipping. This ensures the buyer sees the actual product before it leaves the facility.

How Shipping Is Handled
Shipping details are collected, the goods are dispatched, and a tracking number is emailed as soon as it is available. The factory uses long-term accounts with UPS, FedEx, DHL and TNT for express shipping, which is standard for most orders.
Why Direct Factory Orders Matter
Ordering direct means no third-party fees, no markup, and no processing delays. The factory manages the entire process in-house, from proof to dispatch, ensuring faster turnaround and clearer communication.
What You Need to Send for Production
Vector art in AI, EPS, CDR or PDF with fonts outlined is standard. Non-vector files like JPEG, BMP, GIF or PSD are accepted if resolution and size are sufficient. In-house designers will create or fix artwork at no charge.
How Proof Revisions Work
The buyer replies to the proof email with requested changes. A revised proof is sent until the layout is approved. A new art file is only needed if the original artwork itself changes.

When Cancellations Are Possible
Full refunds are available if the order is cancelled before the e-proof is approved. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Once production starts, cancellation and refund are not possible.
How Quality Is Verified
Each shipment undergoes in-house QC verification. An e-proof is provided before production, and physical product photos are sent before dispatch. This ensures the final product matches the approved design.
