Lightweight and Flexible: 100D Polyester, 110g and 115g Knitted Polyester
These are standard for most custom flags and banners. They fly well in light wind, are easy to handle, and suit hand stick flags, car flags, and small outdoor displays. 115g Knitted Polyester adds slightly more body, making it better for beach flags and breakaway banners.
Shiny Finish and Structure: 115g Shiny Knitted Polyester, Shiny Satin
The shiny surface enhances colour vibrancy and gives a premium look. Ideal for podium banners, hanging banners, and table covers where visual impact matters. Shiny Satin is especially suited for indoor use where reflections add presence.
Durability and Stability: 240g Matte Knitted Polyester, 250g Knitted Polyester
Heavier than standard knitted fabrics, these are used for backdrop banners, X-banners, and pop-up A-frame banners. They resist flapping and hold shape better in wind. 250g Knitted Polyester is also used for table covers that need to stay flat and wrinkle-free.
Stretch and Fit: 180g and 200g Elastic Polyester
Designed for stretch table covers, car mirror flags, and stretch bands. The elasticity ensures a snug fit on uneven surfaces. 200g is slightly more robust than 180g, suitable for repeated use and higher-traffic areas.
Heavy-Duty and Weather-Resistant: 300D Polyester, 600D PU Polyester
300D Polyester is used for table covers, X-banners, and podium banners where durability is key. 600D PU Polyester is stronger, used for avenue banners and advertising tents. It resists tearing and holds up in outdoor conditions.
Felt and Vinyl: 300g Stiff and Soft Felt, 13oz and 28oz Vinyl
Felt is used for felt pennants and banners, with stiff felt offering more structure and soft felt for a pliable look. Vinyl is used for heavy-duty banners and podium banners. 28oz Vinyl is the thickest, best for long-term outdoor use in high-traffic areas.
