How to Prepare Your Artwork for a Smooth Order Process
Send vector art in AI, EPS, CDR or PDF format with fonts outlined. This ensures clean lines and scalable text. If your file is non-vector (JPEG, BMP, GIF, PSD), it must be high resolution and the correct size. We accept these formats but may request a higher-quality version if needed.
We Fix Artwork at No Extra Cost
If your file is damaged, missing fonts, or not in a vector format, our in-house graphic designers will repair or recreate it at no charge. This includes tracing, reformatting, and correcting layout issues.
Proofs Are Free and Reviewed Before Production
An e-proof is created after your artwork is received. You review it via email, request changes, and receive a revised version until the layout is approved. No production begins until you confirm the proof.
Changes to Artwork Require a New File
If the design itself changes after the proof is sent, a new art file must be provided. We will not proceed with changes made directly on the proof image.
No Minimum Order Quantity, No Plate Charge
Digital printing has no plate setup cost and no minimum order. You can order one piece, a small batch, or a large volume. Small runs are ideal for samples, testing, or regional events.
Cancellation Policy: Refund Before Production
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if the proof has not been approved. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible and no refund is issued.
