Quality Control and Worldwide Delivery
The two things a buyer cannot inspect from another continent are what the goods look like and when they will land. Both are handled before the shipment leaves.
Every Point Where A Custom Order Can Slip
In-Process Control
The problem: A fault found after packing is a fault found too late.
How we handle it: A strict management system covers the production stages, from fabric selection through printing and sewing to final finishing.
QC Verification
The problem: Nobody wants to discover a mis-stitched hem on the stand.
How we handle it: QC verifies the goods before they ship, checking print, stitching and hardware against the approved proof.
Photo Confirmation
The problem: A buyer signs off on a description rather than the actual goods.
How we handle it: We photograph the finished products and send the pictures for your confirmation before the shipment leaves the factory.
Carrier Selection
The problem: Express freight is expensive and sea freight is slow.
How we handle it: We hold long-term accounts with UPS, FedEx, DHL and TNT and pass the negotiated rate on. Most orders are rush, so express is the usual choice.
Tracking
The problem: An order disappears between dispatch and delivery.
How we handle it: The tracking number is emailed as soon as we have it, so the buyer can follow the shipment themselves.
After Sales
The problem: Something is wrong and the supplier stops replying.
How we handle it: Contact our after-sales staff. We have a defined after-sale policy and would rather fix a problem than lose the account.
