Low MOQ and Sampling
Digital printing needs no plate, so the first piece costs the same to set up as the fiftieth. That changes what a buyer can commit to.
Every Point Where A Custom Order Can Slip
Single Piece Orders
The problem: A minimum quantity forces a distributor to buy stock they have not sold.
How we handle it: There is no minimum order quantity. Digital printing runs from 1 pc, so an order can be exactly the quantity the end client bought.
Pre-Production Samples
The problem: Nobody wants to commit a season's budget to a product they have not held.
How we handle it: A single unit off the same production line as the bulk run acts as the pre-production sample, so what you approve is what you receive.
Free Samples
The problem: A new buyer cannot judge fabric, print and finishing from a photograph.
How we handle it: We provide free samples so you can check the fabric hand, the print density and the stitching before placing a first order.
Cost at Volume
The problem: A one-off single-piece order is not cost effective for a straight resale.
How we handle it: Small runs suit samples and long-term accounts. Bulk orders earn deeper discounts, and consolidating several events into one order is where the saving is largest.
Rush Work
The problem: An event date moves forward and the original lead time no longer works.
How we handle it: Our own factory and dye-sublimation capacity let us take rush orders without an extra charge, and express carriers cover the rest of the gap.
