Complete Display Kits
A stand is not one product. It is a flag, a pole, a base, a table cover, a backdrop and a bag to carry them in, and every missing part is a phone call on the morning of the event.
Every Point Where A Custom Order Can Slip
Specification
The problem: Parts bought from three suppliers do not fit each other on site.
How we handle it: Tell us the use and the site and we specify the whole kit together: flag, pole type, base, table cover style and stand.
Own Factory Production
The problem: Split sourcing means split lead times and split quality.
How we handle it: The printed textile parts come off our own line, so the fabric, colour and finish match across the flag, the cover and the backdrop.
Partner Sourcing
The problem: Some hardware sits outside a print factory's range.
How we handle it: We integrate our own factory with our business partners so the related hardware ships with the printed goods rather than separately.
Kitting
The problem: Field staff open five boxes and cannot tell what belongs to what.
How we handle it: Each set is packed as a unit. A feather flag set, for example, ships as flag, pole, base, water bag and carrying bag with the flag folded around its hardware.
Reorder
The problem: A campaign changes and only the graphic needs replacing.
How we handle it: Hardware is reusable across campaigns, so a reprint replaces only the printed panel and the stand stays in service.
