Three Steps to Order Custom Flags and Banners
Step 1: Send your requirement by email. The factory replies with a solution and a quote within one day. An e-proof is produced and sent for your approval. Once confirmed, the order is locked in. Step 2: After payment, production begins. Photographs of the finished goods are sent for your final confirmation before shipping. Step 3: Shipping details collected, goods dispatched, and a tracking number is emailed as soon as it is available.
No Minimums, No Plate Charges, No Delays
Digital printing requires no plate, so orders can start from 1 piece. There is no minimum order quantity. Small runs are ideal for samples or testing new markets. Bulk orders qualify for deeper discounts. Because you order direct from the factory, there are no third-party fees, no markup, and no processing delays.

Artwork Requirements and Support
Vector files in AI, EPS, CDR or PDF (with fonts outlined) are the standard. Non-vector files like JPEG, BMP, GIF or PSD are accepted if they are high resolution and the correct size. If your file is not ready, in-house graphic designers will create or repair it at no charge. No extra cost for artwork help.
Proofs and Changes Before Production
An e-proof is sent after your initial artwork is received. You reply with changes via email. A revised proof is sent until the layout is approved. If the artwork itself changes, a new file is required. Once the proof is approved, production begins. Cancellations are possible only before proof approval, with a full refund issued within up to 10 business days.
Quality Control and Shipment Confirmation
Every order undergoes in-house QC verification before shipping. Physical product photos are sent before dispatch to confirm the final result. This ensures you receive exactly what was approved. Shipping is handled via UPS, FedEx, DHL or TNT, with long-term accounts in place for fast, reliable delivery.
