Do you make the binoculars yourselves or only trade them?
Our main factory is in Chongqing and runs separate porro and roof binocular assembly lines. We also work with other optical factories in different cities of China when a buyer needs a product option or a lead time we cannot cover in house.
Can I put my own brand on your models?
Yes. Logo, brand name, private label and packing method are all customisable, and so are the optical elements: coating colour and prism grade. Different customisation leads to different cost and different price.
What does waterproof mean on your products?
Waterproof models are nitrogen filled and rated IPX7, which we describe as fully waterproof and fogproof. Models listed as non-waterproof have no nitrogen fill and are daily-life water resistant only. We keep the two clearly separated so your listing does not overclaim.
Which port do you quote from?
Quotations are normally based on FOB Chongqing Port unless you ask for other terms.
Can you ship direct to an Amazon warehouse?
Yes. We ship by sea, by air and by courier, and shipping direct to an Amazon warehouse is supported.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
Factory tour is available and visitors are welcome. Our trade office is about a twenty minute drive from the factory, so virtual factory tours and order follow-ups are straightforward to arrange.
