What should I include in a first enquiry?
The model code or the specification you want, the quantity, the branding you need and the destination port or warehouse. With those four things we can quote without a second round of questions.
When are you available?
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 China Standard Time, which is GMT+8. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
Do you quote CIF or FOB?
Quotations are normally based on FOB Chongqing Port unless you ask for other terms. Tell us your destination and we will work out the alternative.
Can we visit?
Yes. Factory tour is available and visitors are welcome at Building 3, No. 50 Shuangxing Avenue, Bishan District, Chongqing. Tell us your dates and we will arrange it.
