What Happens and Why It Matters
Each stage below lists the problem it exists to prevent, then what we do about it.
Design Brief
Team names, mascots and sponsor logos arrive from several parents at once.
Send everything you have in one email. We consolidate it into a single proof so there is one version to approve.
Quantity Planning
Teams run out of pins halfway through the trading weekend.
We work out counts per player plus spares with you before quoting, so the order covers trading as well as keepsakes.
Proof and Revisions
Small lettering and thin lines disappear when a pin is struck.
The proof is drawn at production scale so you can see what will actually be legible on the finished pin.
Production and Finishing
Glitter, dangles, sliders and spinners all change the tooling.
Extras are quoted and proofed up front, so nothing is added after the die has been cut.
Delivery Before the Date
The pins are useless if they land after the first game.
We plan backwards from your tournament date and ship by express courier, normally about 2 to 4 days in transit.
