Each stage below lists the problem it exists to prevent, then what we do about it.

Quoting for Your Client

You need a price fast while your own customer is still on the phone.

Send the artwork and quantity; quotes come back within the 8 hour reply window with the process spelled out so you can mark it up.

White Label Proofs

Proofs that carry a supplier name cannot be forwarded to your client.

Proofs are supplied as clean artwork files you can present under your own brand.

Mixed Orders

One client wants pins, patches and lanyards from three different suppliers.

Pins, coins, patches, medals, acrylic pieces and lanyards are all made here, so a mixed order ships as one consignment.

Direct Shipping

Double handling adds days and freight cost.

Orders can ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS to your address or straight to your client, normally about 2 to 4 days in transit.

Process Questions

Where does an order actually start
With an email to [email protected] containing your artwork or idea, the quantity and the date you need it. We answer within 8 hours.
When is the price fixed
At quotation. The price covers the process we recommend for your design, so it does not move unless you change the design or the quantity.
What happens if the proof is not right
We revise it. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof, because production follows the approved artwork exactly.
How is the balance handled
You can pay in full at invoice or pay a 50 percent deposit with the balance before shipment, by PayPal or bank transfer.
How long does delivery take
Express transit by DHL, FedEx or UPS is normally about 2 to 4 days worldwide once production has finished.
