What artwork do you need from me
AI PDF JPEG or CDR files. Vector artwork gives the clearest stitch or mould result, but we can redraw from a clear image if that is all you have.
How long does production take
Lead time depends on quantity and finish, so we confirm it with your quotation. Once the order is finished, express delivery worldwide by DHL FedEx or UPS takes about 2 to 4 days.
What is your minimum order quantity
It varies with size and finish. Send your quantity and design and the sales team will confirm the minimum and the unit price together.
Can I see the design before you make it
Yes. Nothing is stitched or moulded until you approve the digital proof, and we can revise the proof as many times as needed.
How do I pay
PayPal or bank transfer. Some customers pay in full, others pay a 50 percent deposit with the balance before shipment.
