Approve Artwork Before Production Begins

We supply a digital proof of your design before any pins are made. This includes the full artwork, colour fill, plating finish, and attachment type. You approve the proof directly with our team. Revisions are free until you confirm the final version.

Plan Quantity Per Player and Include Spares

Estimate one pin per player per tournament. Add 10 to 15 percent extra to cover lost, damaged, or traded pins. If your team plays multiple events in a season, plan for a consistent design across all tournaments to build brand recognition.

Avoid Missing a Tournament Date
