Solution

Our Solution

The wall was supplied on MSR-XI-4 rental cabinets with a slim and lightweight die-cast aluminium frame at 28kg per square metre, in 500x500mm and 500x1000mm formats. The cabinets feature fast lock with high precision positioning, angle adjustment for curved or shaped builds, truss hanging and ground support options, and front and rear access for module replacement. The design allows tool-free installation and reconfiguration.

Cabinets were packed with spare modules, receiving cards, and power supplies to provide field spares from the first event, eliminating the need for a second shipment during the event cycle.

Testing

Quality Control

Modules passed soldering inspection and an ageing test. Cabinets were assembled and built into a wall in the factory for a screen installation test and a screen ageing test, ensuring brightness and colour consistency across all cabinets before shipment.
