What Goes Wrong At Each Stage And What We Do About It

Requirement and design
The problem. A specification written from a nameplate figure produces a system that does not match the site.
How we handle it. We work from load profile, site drawings, grid standard and budget, and return a configured design with the assumptions written down.

Equipment selection
The problem. Components chosen separately are compatible on paper and incompatible on site.
How we handle it. Modules, inverters, storage and balance of system are selected against each other from one catalogue, with protocols verified before production.

Production and quality control
The problem. Batch variation shows up as mismatched performance after installation.
How we handle it. Cells are graded and matched, every finished unit is function-tested, and units are serialised from cell batch to shipment.

Packing and shipping
The problem. Lithium shipments are delayed or rejected when the transport documentation is incomplete.
How we handle it. Units are packed to UN38.3 transport requirements with the documentation the carrier needs, and loading plans are confirmed before booking.

Installation and debugging
The problem. Commissioning is where design assumptions meet the actual site.
How we handle it. We supply the single-line diagram and commissioning sequence, and provide remote or on-site support depending on the scope agreed.

Operation and maintenance
The problem. Systems drift out of their optimal operating envelope without anyone noticing.
How we handle it. Monitoring is configured at handover and reviewed with the site team, so performance is measured rather than assumed.
