Foundation and access

The enclosure needs a level foundation rated for its mass and vehicle access for the delivery and for any future module replacement. Confirm the crane or forklift capacity available at the site before the shipment is booked, not after it arrives.

Service envelope and clearances

Doors need to open fully and service staff need working space on the access sides. Clearances are in the installation manual for each model - plan them into the site layout at the drawing stage.

Electrical and grid readiness

Cable routes, protection devices and the grid connection approval should all be in place before commissioning is scheduled. Connection approval is usually the longest lead item and is outside the supplier's control.

Shipping documentation

Lithium systems ship under UN38.3 transport requirements. We pack and document to those requirements, and we confirm the loading plan before booking - air and sea freight have different requirements, so tell us which applies.

Commissioning sequence

Commissioning follows the sequence supplied with the system. Record the baseline configuration at handover so later performance questions have a reference point.
