Enquiry
Problem. Vague enquiries produce vague quotes that change later
How we handle it. We confirm construction fabric size closure and packing in writing before quoting
Sample
Problem. Approving from photos hides fit and stitching problems
How we handle it. A sewn sample is made and sent for physical approval, adjusted and remade if the fit is not right
Pre Production
Problem. Bulk fabric arrives slightly different from the sample fabric
How we handle it. Bulk fabric is checked against the approved swatch before cutting starts
Sewing
Problem. Inconsistent stitching across a large run
How we handle it. The work is done by hand stitching teams with decades of sewing experience and checked seam by seam
In Process Check
Problem. A fault found only at packing means the whole run is affected
How we handle it. Checks are made during sewing so a problem is caught while it can still be corrected
Final Inspection
Problem. Buyers cannot verify quality from another continent
How we handle it. One hundred percent inspection by the customer or an appointed third party is accepted before shipment
Packing and Shipment
Problem. Goods that are not retail ready cost the buyer a repack
How we handle it. Retail packing with your artwork and barcodes is completed here and the cartons are marked to your instructions

How many sample rounds are normal?
One if the brief is clear, two if fit or print placement needs adjusting. We would rather remake a sample than remake a bulk order.
Can we send our own inspector?
Yes. You or an inspection company you appoint can inspect one hundred percent of the goods before shipment.
What safety standards do you manufacture to?
Products are manufactured in compliance with standards including EN71, ASTM F963, EN62115 and HR4040. Tell us your market and we will confirm what applies to your item.
Can you hold our approved sample as a reference?
Yes. The approved sample and swatch are kept as the production reference for repeat orders.
