Satin is a weave, usually polyester, and is the volume option most brands start with. Silk is the fibre itself and feels cooler and more breathable at a higher price. Both are cut and sewn the same way here.
Can you make one size that fits locs and long curly hair?
Yes. The double layer and drawstring versions are the ones to use for volume, because the crown is cut deeper and the closure adjusts rather than compressing.
Can we run our own print on the fabric?
Yes. Send artwork and we will confirm the fabric and the workable quantity for that print, then send a sample for approval before bulk.
How are bonnets packed for retail?
Packing is customised. Polybag with a header card, printed sleeve or gift box, with your barcode applied.
Can we inspect before shipment?
Yes. We accept 100 percent inspection by you or by an inspection company you appoint.
